On Sunday, September 4th the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at the Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom shut down and guests were stuck on the ride for almost 2 hours! Disney park officials reported that they tried to automatically restart the ride, but when that wouldn’t work they had to manually restart it. It is unclear why the ride stopped.
